Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates in Bethlehem, PA to join the operations team. You will perform picking, packing, and receiving products, and assist drivers while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role supports both site and kitchen operations as needed.

As an OA, you will maintain inventory, handle stock, and follow health, safety guidelines to deliver fast, reliable service. Responsibilities include packing, inventory checks, and coordinating with teams during shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st/2nd/3rd).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and verify inventory against PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
