Job summary

Gopuff in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an Operations Associate to join our on-site operations team. OAs perform picking, packing, receiving and inventory tasks across the site and kitchen, while supporting drivers to fulfill customer orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility.
• Follow FIFO to minimize waste.
• Contact customers for substitutions/out-of-stock items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
