Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates in Philadelphia to join the operations team. You will pick and pack items, receive products, manage inventory, and assist with kitchen duties if applicable, reporting to a Site Leader.

This role requires physical work, standing and walking during shifts, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Gopuff offers benefits and a path in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule with peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.
• Proficient with basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory against PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
