Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the team in Philadelphia. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks across site operations and the kitchen as applicable, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a flexible schedule including peak shifts. Prior restaurant/retail experience is a plus, and familiarity with G-Suite is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Restaurant/retail experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Available for mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO.
