Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform picking, packing, receiving product, and coordination with partner drivers as needed.

You will keep the facility organized, manage inventory with FIFO, and support food and beverage prep where applicable. The role requires standing and walking, lifting up to 49 pounds, and working flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory vs PO/invoice accuracy.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of cancelled orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage and ensure safety.
