Job summary

TownePlace Suites Omaha West, managed by Soartress Hospitality, seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and deliver outstanding guest service. This hands-on role requires strong communication, team development, and adherence to brand standards across front desk operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee reservations, staffing, and guest-accounts while collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and revenue management to optimize occupancy and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Marriott or TownePlace Suites experience is a plus.
• Experience with hotel PMS and reservation platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service throughout their stay.
• Oversee reservations, check-ins/outs, and payment procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, promotions, and local attractions.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
