Job summary

Aparium Hotel Group in Minneapolis is hiring a Food + Beverage Manager to lead service at the Tullibee Bar + Lounge and Rooftop Bar. This hands-on leadership role drives daily operations, develops associates, and maintains an exceptional guest experience.

You will balance strategic thinking with daily execution, manage staffing and inventory, curate beverage programs, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding hospitality in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role within Food + Beverage
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and point-of-sale/reservation systems (Toast, Resy)
• Knowledge of inventory, reservations and guest relations best practices
• Understanding of hospitality standards and guest experience excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead service in the Food + Beverage outlets and lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach and motivate staff; manage corrective actions
• Maintain outlet setup, align with F+B standards and guest requests
• Cultivate strong guest and VIP relationships and communicate needs to staff
• Review reservations and staffing reports to optimize coverage and station assignments
• Collaborate with F+B and Culinary teams to fulfill requests
• Oversee inventory control and loss prevention for china, glass and silver
• Partner with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and budget alignment
