Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations at the on-site dining venues, including the bistro and bar. Qualifications

• Experience in food service and F&B operations, including quality and safety.
• Strong customer service skills to foster positive guest experiences.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and supervising staff.
• Budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
• Leadership experience in hospitality or hotel F&B management.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork across hotel departments.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation regulations; ServSafe is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business education is a plus.
