Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Lobby management: greet customers and address needs proactively.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution.
• Transition identified sales opportunities and introduce to banking partner.
• Complete branch operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Perform AML/BSA/KYC related activities and ensure compliance.
