Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Russell, Kansas seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations and supervise Crew, Carhops, and management staff. You will ensure fast, friendly, and safe service while maintaining high food quality and customer satisfaction.

The role includes opening/closing duties, staff scheduling, inventory control, and implementing a marketing plan to boost sales and guest engagement. A strong leader with 2+ years in QSR management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet service standards.
• Adheres to employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Prepares staff work schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost control procedures.
• Maintains payroll records and employment documents.
• Resolves guest requests and reports complaints to supervisor.
