Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/restaurant management studies preferred.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Able to work a minimum 5 day workweek with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, monitor and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards.
• Prepare work schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost control procedures.
• Complete employment records and payroll documentation.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and action plans to address sales trends.
