Job summary

The Rockhill Group, Inc. seeks an experienced squadron aircrew scheduler to manage dynamic flight, ground, and simulator training calendars in high‑tempo DoD environments. You will coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and Operations Officers to meet currency and upgrade standards.

You will build schedules using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar systems, deconflict aircrew availability, and adapt to maintenance, weather, and mission requirements while ensuring full mission coverage.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• 2+ years experience as squadron aircrew scheduler.
• 2+ years experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar scheduling system.
• Experience in a DoD military flying squadron environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and NIPR/SIPR networks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills suitable for executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and Operations Officers (DO) to build schedules meeting currency, progression, and upgrade standards.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly flight/ground/academic/simulator schedules using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar systems.
• Deconflict aircrew availability considering leave, TDY, and tasks; schedule based on aircrew experience to mitigate ORM.
• Coordinate aircraft and equipment availability with Maintenance; deconflict airspace, ranges, exercise taskings, and tanker support with Wing/higher HQs.
• Facilitate rapid last-minute schedule changes due to maintenance, weather, or constraints while maintaining full mission coverage.
