Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Enfield, CT.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, stacking, picking and palletizing, ensuring efficient space usage and on-time distribution to meet customer requirements. You will enforce safety rules, monitor attendance and performance, and coordinate with supervisors to meet cut-off times and resolve shortages.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse staff across shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, picking and palletizing.
• Determines space requirements and schedules delivery to meet distribution objectives and customer needs.
• Ensures safe maintenance of equipment and a clean, safe work environment in compliance with laws and safety rules.
