Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a DC Supervisor in Delaware to oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, picking, and palletizing. You will supervise 10–50 hourly workers, assign tasks, and ensure safety and productivity in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years prior warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience with material handling, inventory tracking, and directing team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily work schedules of warehouse staff in shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, picking and palletizing.
• Determines storage space requirements and schedules product distribution to meet objectives.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness, enforces company rules, and monitors performance metrics.
• Coordinates with warehouse and operations managers to ensure on-time shipments and inventory accuracy.
