Advance Auto Parts in Enfield, CT is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our distribution center team. You will coordinate inbound shipments, verify documents, and enter receiving data into the warehouse management system.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 1+ year warehouse experience, ability to lift 25-50 lbs, and proficiency with RF scanners are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with reading purchase orders, packing slips, and BOLs.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in basic computer tools and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Unload and coordinate inbound shipments safely.
• Verify deliveries against PO, packing slips, BOLs.
• Inspect for damage and discrepancies; document for reimbursement.
• Enter receiving data into WMS and update records.
• Schedule inbound appointments and manage dock operations.
• Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff.
