• Confirm appointments with customers and provide estimated arrival times.
• Input data into dispatching software, ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor technician availability and workloads.
• Handle emergency service calls promptly and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Address scheduling conflicts and disruptions promptly.
