Job summary

Mountain Home Services is seeking a Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to customer locations. You will coordinate with customers to provide information about products and services, schedule appointments, and update customer accounts.

The role requires 2+ years in dispatching or customer service, ideally in HVAC or related industries, with basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Excellent customer interaction skills.
Minimum 2 years of dispatching and/or customer service experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry.
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
Answer incoming phone calls from customers.
Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
Maintain accurate technician and customer database.
Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers.
