Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ months in desktop support, help desk, or IT support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• CompTIA A+ or MCP preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, remote, and on-site.
• Document incidents and requests in the IT ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Support macOS where needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex AV issues.
