Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a desktop support or IT help desk role.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and applications.
• Document incidents and requests in the IT ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365; basic macOS support.
• Support printers, desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain SLAs and provide timely status updates to users.
