Waste Connections of KS in Wichita, KS is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The role features a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays and a starting pay of $18 per hour plus monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Phone Customer Service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers customer inquiries by phone or in person to receive orders for installation, changes, or continuance of service.
• Resolve customer disputes and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate information and timely service.
• Document interview information into computer systems and process order changes and deposits.
• Promote goodwill by delivering services that meet customer requirements and resolve problems or complaints.
• Work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment and may involve selling additional services.
