P1 Service, LLC is seeking a Dispatch Service Coordinator for our Wichita, KS office. You will be the vital link between customers, technicians, and service operations, coordinating and scheduling calls, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations dispatching or admin with heavy phone work.
• Proficient with common MS Office apps; ability to learn new software.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from internal and external customers.
• Enter call information into Service Scheduling software.
• Schedule service and emergency calls and dispatch technicians.
• Ensure schedules are up to date for all technicians.
• Assist with material/equipment ordering and billing checks.
• Review weekly reports and coordinate with team to optimize productivity.
