Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day apartment community operations, implement policies, and ensure a well-maintained property in compliance with regulations and investor requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends; comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel using company directives and best practices.
• Provide support to staff; ensure timely administration of performance evaluations, salary reviews, and other HR processes.
• Maintain accurate records of community transactions; prepare budgets and income projections; ensure rent collection and deposits.
• Oversee leasing team performance, use effective leasing techniques and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local law.
• Prepare leases and related forms; collect rents and manage delinquencies; pursue lease renewals.
• Oversee maintenance, emergency procedures, risk management, and inspections; coordinate with contractors.
