Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a thriving student-living property. You will oversee staffing, operations, and financial performance to optimize occupancy, revenue, and guest experience.

Lead a team with a customer-centric mindset in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance, vendor management, and exceptional resident services. Expect cross-functional collaboration and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Commitment to customer-centric service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Staff Development and Leadership: recruit, train and mentor teams; schedule staff including after-hours.
• Property Administration: manage market insights, policies, and emergencies with partners.
• Facilities & Capital: safe, compliant, and well-maintained community spaces.
• Annual Turnover Process: plan staff and vendor efforts to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Financial Performance: manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
• Customer Experience & Sales: uphold brand, monitor feedback, and drive leasing targets.
