• Property administration: manage market readiness, policies, and emergencies with partners.
• Facilities & capital: oversee safe operations, audits, permits, and capital projects within budget.
• Annual turnover process: plan staffing for turnover, meet deadlines, and coordinate with vendors.
• Financial performance: assist in budgets, expenditures, revenues, and vendor agreements to meet NOI targets.
• Customer experience & sales: uphold brand, manage resident experience, and hit revenue targets.
