The candidate will build long-term relationships with multiple Boards, implement strategic plans, and oversee essential projects and issues across communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HOA or related management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and strategic goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boards in developing operational strategy and monitor progress.
• Maintain client relationships and act as liaison between Boards and management.
• Develop and review fiscal policies, budgets, and financial reports.
• Oversee bidding processes and vendor contracts.
• Monitor delinquencies and lead collection efforts.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare Board agendas and attend meetings, including sessions.
