Qualifications

• 3+ years in HOA, residential, city government or related management.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Customer service-driven with client-facing experience.
• Excellent, effective and diplomatic verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of project management and budgets.
• Familiar with strategic goal development for associations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• CCAM®, CMCA® and AMS® designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist multiple Boards of Directors in developing and implementing the association's strategy.
• Maintain relationships with Boards, acting as liaison to the management company.
• Develop fiscal policies, review reports, and monitor budgets.
• Oversee bidding processes for third-party vendors.
• Monitor delinquencies and oversee collection efforts.
• Prepare annual budgets after analyzing prior expenditures.
• Manage legal issues and ensure compliance with governing documents.
• Prepare agendas, Board packages, and attend meetings including executive sessions.
