With CCAM®, CMCA®, and AMS® designations desirable, you will oversee budgets, vendor bids and governance adherence while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HOA management, city government, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-focused with excellent communication abilities.
• Understanding of project management, budgeting and strategic goal development.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• CCAM®, CMCA® and AMS® designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist multiple Boards of Directors in developing the overall operational strategy and monitor progress.
• Maintain client relationships by liaising between Boards and the management company.
• Develop fiscal policies, review financial reports and ensure budgets are followed.
• Oversee the bidding process for third-party vendors.
• Monitor delinquencies and oversee collection efforts.
• Prepare the annual budget by analyzing expenditures and needs.
• Administer legal issues and ensure policy compliance with governing docs and codes.
• Maintain communications, prepare reports and Board packages, and attend meetings.
