Qualifications

• High School/GED required. Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in sales and customer service is essential.
• Knowledge of property management software and LIHTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the property for guests and open office as scheduled.
• Lease apartments and achieve occupancy goals through strong sales.
• Assist with day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to prospects.
• Develop effective telephone and in-person sales techniques.
• Create marketing campaigns and decorate units for show purposes.
• Maintain accurate inventory of available apartments and renewals.
• Renew leases while negotiating favorable terms.
• Prepare and explain lease documents for move-ins.
