LSA Management is seeking a highly organized Leasing Specialist with Affordable Housing experience to join our Southeast-based team. This role emphasizes LIHTC leasing, resident services, and compliance readiness to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The successful candidate will handle leasing operations, resident relations, file management, and audits, while maintaining strong communication with residents and the property team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Multifamily Leasing experience is required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities are needed.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect inquiries and follow-up to convert leads into leases.
• Conduct property tours and communicate amenities and benefits.
• Process applications, verify documents, collect deposits, ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Coordinate seamless move-in experiences for new residents.
• Maintain occupancy levels through proactive leasing activities.
• Assist with LIHTC resident recertifications and related documentation.
