Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Apartment management and/or sales experience is required.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the apartment community and amenities.
• Inspect show apartments and ensure model appearance.
• Assist with leasing: greet prospects, tour, close, process applications, sign leases.
• Document prospect contacts and complete market surveys.
• Assist in marketing and advertising; monitor accuracy of ads and traffic sources.
• Post to approved advertising sources daily and support leasing events.
