Responsibilities

• Prepare the property for guests before opening per procedures.
• Lease apartments and close sales to meet occupancy goals.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and resident communications.
• Conduct site tours and showcase model apartments.
• Develop marketing campaigns and generate leads.
• Maintain inventory of available apartments and renewals.
• Assist with move-in/move-out and document preparation.
