Job summary

With experience in loan processing and customer service, you will support the deal team, coordinate closings, and assist with issue investigations and resolutions while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of experience in commercial lending documentation.
• 3-4 years of Loan Assistant I or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Track loan pipeline, maturities, uninsured reports, and past-dues reports.
• Coordinate closings with lenders, attorneys, and clients.
• Initiate disbursement of closing funds and loan proceeds.
• Review closed loans for document completeness and accuracy.
