Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or banking/finance coursework asset.
• 3-4 years of experience in commercial and middle market lending documentation.
• 3-4 years of Loan Assistant I or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Track loan pipeline and maturities to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate closings with lenders, attorneys, and clients.
• Input data into loan processing systems accurately.
• Order title searches, UCC searches, appraisals, and flood certs.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations.
• Provide back-up support to other Loan Assistants.
• Maintain a tickler system on post-closing documentation and report status.
