Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand risk management techniques to meet diverse business needs.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers and vendors.
• Demonstrate communication and customer relationship skills to meet client needs.
• Manage a standard-sized client group and coordinate with division colleagues.
• Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service including answering questions and resolving issues.
• Provide feedback to the Division manager to improve processes and meet goals.
• Maintain accurate records in agency and partner management systems.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
• Uphold LD&B BLUEprint values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
