Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Licenses or credentials necessary for the division must be current or obtainable.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with little supervision.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills are essential.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to follow information security, privacy and confidentiality rules.

Responsibilities

• Understand the personal lines insurance marketplace to meet client needs.
• Provide empathetic, professional service to clients, colleagues and vendors.
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer relationship skills to meet client needs.
• Manage a standard-sized client group and collaborate with team to service all clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve complaints, process requests, and document activities.
• Assist Division manager by providing feedback to improve customer service processes and meet goals.
• Maintain accurate records in agency and partner data systems.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and uphold core values daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
