Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Must hold or obtain licenses/certifications as applicable to the division.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain information security and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Understand risk management techniques to meet the needs of a diverse business community.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward customers and vendors.
• Demonstrate communication and customer relationship skills to meet customers' needs.
• Manage a standard-sized or moderately complex group of clients with colleagues to serve all clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, courteous and customer-focused service.
• Provide feedback to the Division manager and help meet division goals.
• Maintain accurate records in agency and partner data management systems.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
