Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Licenses or credentials required for the division, or ability to obtain them.
• Must be a self-starter and capable of completing tasks with little supervision.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and adhere to information security, privacy and confidentiality.
