Job summary

Crash Champions in Los Angeles is seeking a customer-focused estimator/coordinator to guide clients through the collision repair process and insurance steps, delivering transparent timelines and exceptional service.

You will complete initial estimates, finalize after disassembly, keep customers informed, and coordinate with body technicians to ensure top-quality work and carrier compliance. Experience with CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, finalizes estimates after full disassembly and evaluation.
• Manage repairs through to completion with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide an exceptional experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning tasks.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
