Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Clinic Support Associate to support front desk operations and assist clinicians in patient care. The role offers a long-term opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 7 pm, in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

The position emphasizes customer service, accurate scheduling, EMR data entry, and collaboration with therapists to ensure smooth patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors, checking in accurately.
• Delivers high level customer service and optimizes appointment scheduling.
• Manages scheduling to maximize provider availability and room usage.
• Notifies clinicians of arrivals and monitors service delivery for delays.
• Performs data entry into EMR and generates reports with accuracy.
• Assists patients during therapy and educates on equipment use and safety.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Keeps a clean, organized, safe treatment area.
• Assists with front desk duties and basic administrative tasks.
