Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Clinic Support Associate for immediate, long-term employment. The role includes front desk duties and assisting clinicians with patient care to ensure a welcoming experience for every patient.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, medical office experience preferred, strong communication, and proficiency with Google Suite. EMR familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors at the front desk with a warm, upbeat attitude.
• Delivers high-level customer service by coordinating appointments and ensuring efficient wait times.
• Manages scheduling with a focus on provider availability and room usage.
• Maintains accurate data entry in the EMR system and processes documentation.
• Receives faxes and routes information promptly for timely communication.
• Maintains organized reception area and ensures HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data.
• Assists clinicians with patient care and supports routine therapy-related tasks.
