Qualifications

• Mastering training materials including call guides and word tracks.
• Proficient with DMS CDK and Service CRM Elead.
• Understanding product information for all Toyota brands and sales processes.
• Willingness to adhere to Client Care Center Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Flexibility to work Mon-Sat 8:30 AM–8 PM and Sun 12:30 PM–6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, internet leads, and outbound campaigns.
• Keep current with sales specials and manufacturer offers.
• Use Toyota Engage to search for answers before transferring calls to Sales Manager.
• Follow the Business Development Center Policies and Procedures manual.
• Schedule appointments and provide exceptional client experience to drive reservations.
