Sheboygan Auto Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to support both our sales and service departments. This fast-paced role drives appointments, traffic, and revenue through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.

If you're great on the phone and organized, this is your opportunity to break into automotive and grow your career. You will respond to inbound leads, schedule appointments, assist with service scheduling and recalls, and maintain CRM with daily/weekly performance

Qualifications

• Customer service, BDC, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
• Comfortable handling high call volume
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
• Organized, driven, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound internet leads (sales and service) via phone, email, and chat
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, recalls, and general inquiries
• Follow up with unsold customers and missed appointments (no-shows)
• Provide accurate information and route customers to the right department
• Track all activity in CRM and hit daily/weekly performance goals
• Build strong relationships with sales, service, and management teams
