Alarm.com is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our National Account Team. You will qualify inbound leads, generate outbound prospects, and set demos for Account Executives, partnering with marketing and sales to drive growth.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or lead generation, strong communication, and familiarity with CRM tools. A Bachelor's degree is required, and you should be comfortable cold calling and engaging decision-makers. Hybrid work in US.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Generate outbound leads through email campaigns, social outreach, and cold calling.
• Research and identify potential clients in key verticals.
• Maintain and update CRM with notes and lead status.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies.
• Set appointments and demos for Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting goals.
