Porsche Nashua, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a positive, energetic Full-Time BDC Representative to join our team in Nashua, NH. You’ll welcome clients in person or on the phone, schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and help guide customers through the purchase journey.

This role emphasizes professional communication, CRM use, multi-line phone systems, and collaboration with the sales team to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive BDC preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Familiarity with a multi-line phone system.
• Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone.
• Schedule and coordinate sales appointments, test drives, vehicle consultations, deliveries, and service appointments.
• Respond to sales calls and digital inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments, declined services and maintenance.
• Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts.
• Proactively manage client portfolios to identify new sales opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and portfolio-management tools to identify clients with upcoming lease or finance maturities.
• Partner with the sales team to develop opportunities from previous clients, unsold prospects, service clients, and other areas of the dealership's client base.
• Keeping daily reports organized and up to date.
• Following up with clients and internal team members.
