Porsche Nashua, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a Full-Time BDC Representative to join our diverse team. We value positive energy, professionalism, and a passion for outstanding customer service as you support clients at the desk or on the phone.

Schedule Monday–Saturday with one weekday off. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus a monthly bonus structure designed to reward performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive BDC experience preferred, but training is available.
• Clear, professional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Familiarity with a multi-line phone system and CRM tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in person or by phone at the desk.
• Schedule and coordinate sales, test drives, deliveries, and service appointments.
• Respond promptly to calls and digital inquiries to move the client journey forward.
• Make outbound reminders for appointments and maintenance.
• Assist clients with common questions and direct them to the right person.
• Identify new sales opportunities from current owners and prospects.
• Use CRM and portfolio tools to track leases, maturities, and equity opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop opportunities from various client segments.
• Keep daily reports organized and updated, follow up with clients and team.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
