Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a BCBA to join our family-focused team in Indiana. The role includes supervising therapists, growing an offsite location, and collaborating with families to improve lives of children with autism.

We provide ABA services in center, home, and school settings and value parent involvement. The candidate must hold BCBA and a Master’s in ABA, demonstrate leadership, organization, and excellent communication, and be comfortable training staff and conducting parent

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and active BCBA status.
• Experience in clinic, home or school settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and train staff; collaborate with families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of behavior technicians working with clients.
• Identify, define, and deliver training activities on ABA, DTT, data collection.
• Conduct RBT competency initials and renewals.
• Input, analyze and modify client programming in Catalyst.
• Lead training and competency checklists for staff.
• Conduct monthly parent training with each client’s family.
• Communicate with leadership and therapists; prepare team meetings.
• Introduce and train new client programs; develop behavior intervention plans.
