Proud Moments ABA is a leading behavioral health provider in Indiana seeking a BCBA to supervise and deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with a focus on evidence-based interventions and client progress within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they learn new skills.
• Support families to ensure understanding of assessments and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring concerns and communicating with families.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Physically assist during sessions as needed with active children.
