Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Indiana is seeking a BCBA to lead our family‑focused ABA program serving children with autism across center, home, and school settings. You will supervise behavior technicians, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with families and schools.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and community involvement within a small, supportive team structure.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and BCBA credential are required.
Experience supervising therapists and training staff.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to grow an offsite location and lead teams.
Ability to work well with families and diverse backgrounds.
In clinic, home or school experience.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision of behavior technicians working with clients.
Identify, define, and deliver training activities on ABA, DTT, behavior management, data collection.
Conduct RBT competency initials and renewals.
Input, analyze and modify client programs in Catalyst.
Lead training and competency checklists for staff.
Conduct monthly parent training with each client’s family.
Communicate professionally with leadership and therapists.
Prepare and facilitate team meetings.
Introduce and train new client programs for assigned clients.
Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans based on FBA.
Update schedules as needed.
