- Experience with estimating software and documenting service requests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and document service requests accurately.
- Explain repairs clearly and prepare detailed work orders using estimating software.
- Upsell oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, brakes, and suspension services.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and monitor progress.
- Communicate vehicle status and costs to clients.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely.
