Job summary

Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and our service team. You will listen to needs, explain maintenance recommendations, and keep customers informed from check-in to delivery.

In a fast-paced automotive environment, you will build lasting relationships, provide accurate estimates, and help drive department performance while maintaining a customer-first focus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Positive, professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus.
• Previous sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience may also be a great fit.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs.
• Create and manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery.
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally.
• Provide estimates and keep customers updated on repair status and timelines.
• Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep work moving efficiently.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
• Help drive service department performance while maintaining a customer-first approach.
